I recently had a fantastic stay at a ryokan in a charming area. The hotel was beautifully nestled in a picturesque mountain atmosphere, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the traditional tatami mats and bedding, which added to the authentic experience. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The hotel's location near Kinrin Lake at the end of the famous shopping street was convenient and allowed for easy exploration of the area. the hotel provided excellent value for the money, with top-notch amenities and a delicious breakfast.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated near a picturesque lake. the dining area offers a private and peaceful setting with a lovely view of the surrounding nature. the rooms are spacious and well, appointed, with separate areas for sleeping, living, and bathing. the onsen facilities are clean and well, maintained, boasting both indoor and outdoor pools. Guests can enjoy a delicious Japanese, style breakfast and dinner, which includes a variety of traditional dishes. the helpful and friendly staff provide excellent service throughout the stay.

Limited dining choices in the area.

A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. Upscale place and would return there.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and had lovely views of the surrounding area. The onsen was relaxing and enjoyable, with both indoor and outdoor options. A nice touch was being able to borrow toys for kids and the hotel had fresh milk available.

The hotel was difficult to locate and we had trouble finding it. There were no clear signposts, and GPS was not helpful.

Spending Christmas at this ryokan was a wonderful experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the meals were delicious and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. the personal hot spring pool in our room was the best aspect. the location is perfect for those who want a quiet and peaceful getaway as it is away from the crowded areas and surrounded by nature. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the train station.

The bathroom in our room was quite small compared to the spacious room. the WiFi signal was weak and only available in certain areas.
